I would NOT recommend this place at all. Our experience was terrible from the moment we arrived. The house was extremely dirty and honestly looked like it had been neglected or abandoned for quite some time. When I called the owner to ask for the entry code, he became irritated and was very rude. Once we entered the property, things only got worse. The pool/patio area was filthy, we saw cockroaches, and none of the toilets worked properly because the flush handles were broken. The refrigerator was also dirty. When I contacted the owner to let him know about the toilets, his only response was, “OK.” Having working toilets is a basic necessity and should have been treated as an urgent issue, especially when guests are staying in the home. The worst part happened on our last day. Dirty, foul-smelling water started coming out of the dishwasher and flooded the kitchen. The smell was absolutely unbearable. I immediately contacted the owner, and his response was that he would fix it the next day after we checked out. Instead of sending someone to address the problem and properly clean and sanitize the area while we were still there, we had to clean up the disgusting water ourselves and remove all the dirty water from the dishwasher. I absolutely do not recommend staying here. This was by far one of the worst rental experiences we have ever had.

el hotel te obliga a utilzar valet parking y es caro el problema no fue solo eso, la situación yo tengo una camioneta pickup de transmisión estandar la cual me solicitaron dejar en el valet, (viaje desde Monterrey, México a San Antonio sin ningún tipo de inconvenientes) dejé mi camioneta en el valet y al día siguiente no funcionaba, al preguntar que había sucedido primero dijeron que nada, cuando empecé a presionar confesaron que nadie sabia manejar estandar (de todas formas movieron mi camioneta) y al moverla dañaron el clutch (embrague) al solicitar una explicación al hotel dijeron que ellos no se hacen responsables porque el valet no es parte del hotel, aunque ellos son quienes te cobran por el servicio, no se hacen responsables ni ellos, ni el valet, no dan soluciones, el gasto para mover mi camioneta a la frontera va en un poco más de 1,300 usd, y aún falta la reparación. Si tienes oportunidad de quedarte en otro lugar, mejor hazlo, no importa si es más caro, no importa si está mas lejos, definitivamente no quieres quedarte en este lugar.
