“We stayed at this hotel during the summer of 2025 and it was good overall. The location to the Disney Parks is a real plus. In August of 2025 we tried to use the laundry machines provided and it was a nightmare. None of the drying machines worked or would blow hot air. You need to fix simple things like this. OR just advertise "no laundry service". Our experience was good overall though for 2025. We stayed another night in early July 2026 and the experience was worse. The room was way more run……

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help.
