“Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking. ”

“Beautiful hotel in a great location right next to a great beach. Very clean and lots of hard working, very pleasant staff. Beautiful areas to relax in but costly at 9 euro for a glass of wine in a country where most places charge less than 5 euros. ”

“Everything brilliant. Lots of entertainment and facilities. Veggie and vegan choices and they left a bottle and postcard for my hubby’s birthday. Everything been great”

“Amazing location, had the duplex suite with amazing sea views. Being on the top floor meant we heard no noise which was bliss. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Room was cleaned daily. Whilst not much amenities provided in the room, there was a sign you could ask for items, if you needed. We used the spa, 1 free pass and that was bliss to have the facilities to ourselves. All in all, a great location and hotel.”

“Lovely well maintained grounds, large recently refurbished rooms with comfy beds, good range of AI branded drinks, buffet meals are freshly made with a very wide range of options and the free (pre-booked) Grill restaurant is well worth a visit. The main pool area gets busy and is quite noisy with music but the second pool area nesr the Grill restaurant is much more sedate and less crowded and you can also use sunbeds under the nearby trees. All in all a really nice 4 night AI break and we would……

“Excellent location at just a two minutes walk from the marina and the beach. Great swimming pools. Great range of breakfast choices. Rooms could be updated but very clean and comfortable. Special mention of the room staff and restaurant staff. Great kids entertainment too. I fully recommend the Vila Gale. ”

“Third time we have stayed here. Good air con, quiet, comfy bed, good shower. Maybe more options at breakfast, but it was sufficient enough for us. Supermarket couple of mins away, nice little cafe Happy Swallows just before the supermarket. Another good stay.”

“Vi har boet 4 personer i en 2 soveværelses lejlighed. Lejligheden var stor og rummelig. Rigtig godt indrettet med dejlige altaner. Det var fedt at have opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i lejligheden. Pools var lækre og alle omgivelser var skønne og velholdte. Rengøring var tilbudt hver dag og det var på er rigtig højt niveau. Alt omkring dette lejlighedshotel er dejligt og i høj standard. Man har adgang til alle Hilton hotellets faciliteter men vi brugte mest poolen der hørte til……

“Quinta do Mel is a gorgeous farm house very close to the beautiful Praia da Falésia. My wife and I arrived and were greeted (after having a little trouble finding the door) right away and shown to our room by the friendly staff. The building is very quaint, but the rooms are comfortable and tastefully updated. We really enjoyed the in-house tea. The breakfast was also incredible. We will certainly stay again when we return to this area.”
