“Property was amazing! Everything was clean and tidy, kitchen had everything you could need, washer and dryer in the condo, big comfortable beds, multiple lighting options, beautiful deck for relaxing outdoors, amazing showers in both bathrooms; need I say more? Price was fantastic, host was responsive, really nothing left to say. Book this place if you want a wonderful getaway in the Smoky Mountains! Only thing to note is that it is on the first floor of a condo building and the parking lot……

“We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild……

“If you are all about location, this is the place. You are far enough from the city for it to be quiet, but still close enough to everything without dealing with long, winding roads. The owner is easy to work with and very helpful. The place is nice, cozy, and was great for bringing our dog. It could use some repairs and interior updates, but overall it was a pleasant and reasonably priced stay.”

“Place could have been cleaner, wood floor turned out feet black from walking on it. There was a lot of dust. The plug ins are loose in the bedrooms so it hard to charge your phone. Everything was nice though otherwise. One thing we noticed was there was no toaster or oven pans/ baking sheets. Great location.”

“Would def again stay again! Room was as described, The mattress was a little too soft but all in all great place to stay for visiting Gatlinburg. Super close walk to main strip and the bypass incase you want to avoid the in town traffic to get out.”
