"We stayed for 3 nights in October and the location was perfect! The view of the mountains was beautiful. The location was very convenient to shopping and food options and also a great starting point for our sightseeing. The Blue Ridge Parkway entrance is only a few minutes away. We came for fall leaves and waterfalls and we were not disappointed. The room/apartment is very nice and private and had everything we needed and more. The access was simple and we had no problems at all with our stay. :-) We would definitely stay here again! "

It’s a cozy cabin with everything we needed for our stay, it’s thoughtfully put together and has lots of character. It’s in a great spot with a variety of choice for places to visit - or you can just hang out on the porch and enjoy the trees and wildlife on the doorstep."

"Wonderful place. It is an older lodge so keep that in mind. There are some upgrades but per the info booklet, there will be more. So you will see a few things that still need to be tweaked. So very charming, would definitely stay again. "
