“So I'll try and make this short I've been going non stop sense the 30 of Oct a trip 2 NY (oct30-nov3) with a total of 4 flights then straight back in to work then my beautiful gf flying down from NY on the 7th and sisters wedding on the 9th then still no stopping till the 16 well needless to say I had found my self in need of a place to stay for 3 days I think it was and at this point I was tired worn out emotionally and physically but Mrs Shanna was there that night on the 10th I believe and……

“I did not like the fact that I had to wait for my room to be cleaned and then once I was told my room was ready by 12. I still waited patiently and it was 3 o’clock by the time I checked in but since I didn’t stay the entire night and I was checked out by 12 am I requested a full refund for the entire amount and they denied it. ”
