“The hotel itself was really good. But one of the staffers was SUPER RUDE when I was working in the lobby with my colleague after checking out. We were minding our business, not being loud, and just working on laptops. However she came out of nowhere saying "Yall waiting on a ride?? If you don't leave I'm gonna get my boss or call the cops" So - bad ending to an otherwise really good stay. I'd stay here again, but that staff person needs to adjust her attitude for sure. She could have just asked……

“Beautiful, clean, comfortable and well appointed Inn and rooms. Friendly, welcoming staff with excellent customer service. Amazing atmosphere in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend The Cypress Inn”

“The staff was fantastic, easy to park. Only real issue, was some of the brown blankets used in between the sheets and the bedspread, had burn holes in them. Also, the USB port on the lamp did not work. Other than that, great stay, would recommend to others for the price.”
