“Clean room,friendly staff”

“The hotel is clean. It could use some updaing and new paint. My husband and I are frequent travelers. I refuse to stay in a dirty unkempt hotel. My problem with our stay was the front desk staff. They are usually the first people that you encounter when checking in and the last when you are leaving. The front desk are usually welcoming and informing on details about the hotel (time when breakfast would be avaliable, pool open ect.) Not this front desk staff. I was asked my name, a credit card……

“The room had a smell of dirty linen. I had to clean the bathroom before taking a shower. Staff was pleasant and friendly Construction noise started at 7 am on a Sunday”

“Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean.”

“The space was very clean, they left plenty of towels and wash clothes, the laundry was easy accessible and $1 for wash $1 for dryer. The views were glorious. If you have hard time walking up stairs there’s no elevator. This is my new home whenever I’m in town. It’s small quaint and cute.”

“Room was not what was advertised in the Expedia app. Oceanfront room was a view of palm trees and the hot tub full of drunks from the 1st floor. Couldn’t even use the balcony and it was the only reason I go to the beach. Staff said the room online is not the one you are promised. If that matters to you go to a different website and guarantee your room. ”
