“Rooms had musty smell. Evidently no overnight staff as I went to front desk at 6 am and no one was there. Phone number linked to the hotel doesn’t work. Won’t stay here again. Over priced for what you get.”

“Even though I had a reservation there were no available rooms and I guess it was for the better since this is the worst, most rundown motel I have ever seen in my life and Im from the projects of Detroit. ”

“We had a late check in, 11:40pm didn’t get to the counter and finished until 12:30am. I already booked a room. One person working. We were told no more rooms were available, a call was made and was told they had some rooms left. A room was assigned, when we got to the room, the mattresses were off the bed, not made, pillows in the bathroom, smelled of cleaning supplies. Went back to front desk, another room was assigned, we found an open water bottle, crack In the ceiling, things were randomly……

“Not comfortable, in our room, mattress and bed frame was so horrible, the bed frame was making noise and it was smaller than mattress on the top. Mattress was hard as rock like you are sleeping in the floor. You can hear the other rooms noises very easily. My overall experience is 2 star.”

“We had a genuinely excellent stay at this Hilton — the room, amenities, and overall experience were all top-notch. However, I did want to flag one issue: there was a noticeable delay at check-in, and what stood out more than the wait itself was that no one acknowledged it or offered an apology. A simple "sorry for the wait" would have gone a long way. That aside, everything else about the stay met the high standard I've come to expect from Hilton properties. I'd still recommend this hotel, but……
