“We really enjoyed our stay here. We had lake views from our rooms and there were various sitting and dining areas overlooking the lake. Staff in all locations were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast and dinners we ate at the hotel were delicious - and the coffee freshly made, a treat (except for only powdered decaf for 1 of the adults). “Property could use some upgrades but overall it is in good condition. They should upgrade all pool furniture & keep pool area cleaner, plus play better tunes. The staff is very friendly… they do play the same playlist over and over again by the pool and that’s quite annoying. Music is loud & on by 9am. The room was kept clean by staff, and I had some good roommates. I stayed with 3 other girls. The food is very GOOD! There’s also free food in the communal kitchen left by other guests. No one……

Very minimalistic but it’s all you need and waking up to an unobstructed sunrise view of the volcano on Lake Atitlan. The club and lounge that is nearby the property has the best views as well and reasonable pricing.
