“Fantastic stay—highly recommend! The hotel was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. It is in a perfect location near the main strip, making it easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the lobby concierge was extremely helpful in organizing a group boat trip for us. We felt very safe during our entire stay. Highly recommend!”

“A great place to stay. It is close by the lake, it has a pool and parking included. I also enjoyed the included breakfast they provided. There are Guatemalan and American dishes. Overall, a nice option to stay in.”

“Great place to stay in Pana. We had an apartment with a kitchen which was great. The location is very convenient, but also feels very safe.”

“Really nice hidden gem of a hotel, because you’d never know it’s at the end of an alley. Room and bathroom was large, and well cared for. There’s a balcony that overlooks a courtyard, and there’s a bonus pool (seems unusual at this price point). They’re doing work on the property, so it will only improve. Best part is an included breakfast on the roof of the hotel overlooking the city. Highly recommended.”

“I do not recommend staying here, me and my family went on vacation and decided to stay here at the hana hotel resort the service here was terrible and they scam people here by giving you towels for free then they sneak into your room and take one or two then they make you pay a way overpriced fee 0/10 do not recommend.”

“太嘈吵，因周圍住宅及多電單車出入，居民深夜街頭談話，遠離市居及超市，但價錢合理包早餐，不能要求太多。入住安全為首要原因。因太嘈吵要求換房，職員亦落意安排比較清靜一間，能在這渡過美好回憶。”
