“My family and I were in Clay Center, KS visiting family. This cabin was a wonderful place for us to stay while we were there. ”

“This place is as good as it gets, we stayed here for a week long Whitetail hunting trip with some guys not only is it cheaper, but also way more convenient than our typical hotel stay! Also saw lots of wildlife on property which was entertaining. ”

“Close to our daughter’s wedding venue. Perfect for what we needed it for.”

“This place worked well for 6 of us on a family fishing trip. Was able to park 20' pontoon boat in back for charging batteries. Beds were comfortable. Interior was clean. Couple of good restaurants in town. Items to know: no dishwasher, no Kleenex on main floor, front porch furniture is very spotted from birds and bugs, and watch your step from back entry to kitchen as the 1" difference in height is a toe stubber. These are minor items and overall I would stay here again.”

“Issues with the cable box and wifi during majority of the stay. I had to do my own troubleshooting to resolve. Never staying here again.”

“Quiet, Peaceful and secluded location. One block from a nice city park to walk our dogs. Half hour drive from Manhattan and Milford lake. Pleasant place to get away with your dogs with no hassle.”

“I’ve stayed in three different Holiday Inns this year and by far this was the worst. The first room I looked at had hair in the bed and I had fix the chain on the commode. The second room they gave my side of the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Would not recommend this Holiday Inn!!”

“I had to book the fairly quickly for a funeral and didn’t pay much attention to the room on line, so imagine my delight when I realized it had a full size fridge, stovetop and cooking utensils. Although I did not use much of those amenities, I would have had I realized it had it. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I would book there again.”

“Clean room. Quiet. Awesome breakfast!!”

“Was quiet”

“It’s old motel. But everything is fine. clean. Quite. Easygoing.”

“Very happy with our stay.”

“There were already so many reviews about how unkept this hotel was and they have made no effort to fix anything. The floors were disgusting. The bed sheets looked worn out. The pillow cases were dirty. The lamp shades were broken and old. The doors that you’re suppose to use key cards for, didn’t shut at all.”

“As always, my stay was comfortable in a cool, clean and sufficient room. Front desk was pleasant as always. It is a no frills hotel, so don't go expecting room service. However, the room is clean and stocked with clean towels and soaps. I stay here when I work in Abilene and it has never disappointed.”
