The shower head was duct-taped together. Staff were all friendly, easy to park and convenient for what we needed. Several restaurant options for dinner, hotel breakfast very good with plenty of options. There was a large clump on hair on the tub drain and dozens of other pieces of hair all over the tub and bathroom floor. The floor couldn't have been cleaned in weeks. The towels smelled really bad as well. While the bed was comfortable, my bed felt lopped sided like I was leaning and would fall off if I slept to that side. There was yellow stains on the sheets. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the service went above and beyond. This would have been a great stay except for the bed.
