“Nice place”

“i checked in at 900 PM and found zero staff at the hotel, after a moment i found a self serve Kiosk to use for check in. Upon using i realized this hotel outsources staff members in using this kiosk which was extremely unhelp to use. the agent of the agent was extremely rude and would not answer if i could check in with a person on site. i had the same experience upon check out. i would recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs!”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The location was conveniently located close to downtown.”

I did let the staff know and showed pictures when I checked out but only received an apology - A credit would have been nice. Breakfast is……

“Web site says pool and hot tub. Both are unavailable. No one around to check in. Note at desk says call for help that rings phone at desk that goes to voice mail.”

“Nice stay”

“Very nice, quaint rental on the shores of the Apple River. Thouroughly enjoyed my quiet time reading by the bonfire. Host communicated very well. No problems. Worth it. Absolutely recommend. Will be back in the future.”
