“Great experience. Traveling with my husband to visit the area and do hikes. Nice location and cozy cute cabins! Owner is super helpful and kind. Minor hiccup at check-in due to booking through Expedia - Expedia doesn't share any info with the owner of the property and the email for my self check-in wasn't sent. I called the owner and he called right back after a few minutes and was able to give me all the instructions I needed. He even gave me some hiking recommendations. Later, the water……

“Hotel was very nice. We usually stay at the holiday inn suites when we are in Winona, but this was significantly cheaper for this night. Have never been. Staff was super friendly and informative. We ate at the attached bar for dinner- big pretzel, chicken strips and buffalo chicken wrap- all good! Great service there, too! My only complaint- there was kwik trip tacos left in our fridge. “ Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!”
