“The rustic beauty and the location was perfect. We actually stayed there again on our return trip”

“This is one of two great budget hotels in Ashland It is clean, the bed is comfortable, the room has a fridge and microwave. I feel safe staying here and I sleep well.”

“The online photo is very deceiving. This place looks quite run down when you pull in. Could use a face lift for the price and location”

“The check in experience was so bad that they did not find my reservation. And they have to keep calling their manager who is not on site to find out more information. Finally they want me to re-book with them again and pay on site. I told them that I have a booking with Hotels.com, they keep saying they cannot find the reservation. I spent at least 30 minutes at the front desk and still couldn't resolve the problem. It made me think they want to charge me twice.”

“This is a beautiful property with a great staff. Loved the jacuzzi, in room mineral bath, and clean gym”

“Rooms are clean and have window ac units. Bathroom is a decent size and shower is amply large. Free parking available. No housekeeping offered for first four days and rarely is anyone in the office. On our last day, someone knocked on the door and asked us if we needed housekeeping, but we were leaving the next day so that wasn’t helpful. Desk area is useful and there is an extension cord with multiple outlets by the desk.”

“The Bards Inn was close to all the fun shops, restaurants, and Lithia Park.”
