“The restaurant was closed because of staffing issues. That was a major bummer. I remember it being good and planned on having dinner during my stay. There was no general store open either. Make sure you pack everything in. The room was decently clean but outdated. The hot tub was more like a two person bath tub. The jets were so noisy we didn't use them. The toilet paper was half gone and no extra rolls in the room. I asked the house keeping staff for an extra roll and he asked what room I was……

“Room was clean and all necessary stuffs are kept inside the room. Breakfast was awesome except no proteins.”

“We arrived at the hotel and unloaded all our luggage in our room. I didn't notice right away, but I eventually caught this exposed, bare wiring sticking out from under the light fixture. I had my 4 year old in the room at the time clicking all the light switches on and off. I'm no electrician but I'm pretty sure if this wire was live, my toddler could have been SHOCKED. I brought this up to the front desk along with pictures and they apologized, but told me they were unable to comp or discount……

“I didn't realize it was a motel, not a hotel. I was expecting something much different. Yet, our room was comfortable, smaller than anticipated, but nice nonetheless. There was no ice machine close to our unit, however, we did scrape the bottom of an outdoor freezer that was once filled with ice. Other than that, it's nice. Would I stay there again, probably not - it's okay. I also think the receptionist clerk made a slip when she indicated the bill was about $30 less than what we paid through……

“My mother and daughter stayed for the Shakespeare festival. The staff helped me make their stay in checkin simple and easy. They loved the room. Definitely will be seeking lodging here in the future.”

“Staff were very helpful and accommodating our rushed timetable! They really helped make our travels easier and alleviated our stress, even putting a rush on our room to get us in early for check in. The room was clean, tidy, and had the perfect amenities that I needed. The breakfast was impressive! A large variety and served hot, including coffee machines that could brew a cup on demand. A/C was perfect for the hot afternoons.”
