“It was overall a nice place to stay. It was right next to the highway and was loud all night. I know that’s beyond the control of the staff. But was a bit distracting.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay at this location again.”

“The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was good. Coffee all throughout was amazing.”

“When I arrived with a reservation it took 20 minutes for two young men at the desk to figure out how to work the system. I would have sworn they had never checked anyone in before (I was the only person in the line and this was the time After they had taken my ID and credit card.). The room was nominally clean, the TV reception was poor and there was not even any coffee. The “lobby” was locked and all transactions had to be made through a small service window although there was what looked like……

“Very good choice for those in wheelchair.”

“There was no hot water had a jet tub and couldn't use it”

“The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and everyone spoke English well. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. I slept well. I will stay again when I am in Lynchburg.”
