"I met a friend in South Boston for an art event. Having never visited the area we decided to stay two nights in order to have more time to explore. Originally we had three people in our group so we had an extra bedroom that we didn’t use. We had some confusion about the code to access the key and the host was there to help us within five minutes. The people that we met in the town were very nice. "Our stay was wonderful! The host was exceptionally responsive from day 1 and eager for everything to be perfect. We had an amazing weekend celebrating my daughter’s graduation from college. Everyone enjoyed having the space to enjoy nature, fish from the dock and indulge in conversations in the kitchen and around the fire pit."

"Recital weekend at Averrett University, house was only a 5 minute walk from the venue. House was as described, we had plenty of room for getting ready and the house was beautifully lit at night when we returned. Would recommend if needing something close to the University, however parking is very limited to 2 vehicles only!"
