“The location in the city was amazing, right near Boston Commons and close to the train. The check in process was a bit much (Make sure to do the additional steps they message about or you will have a delay).Other than that I have no complaints and that was more on me for missing the message. Would definitely stay here again if I am in Boston again.”

“A beautiful, clean, and fully equipped apartment in a quiet Boston neighborhood with private parking—the subway takes you quick straight to the city center. The air conditioning worked very well, and the beds were comfortable. Loved that it had two full bathrooms. Communication with the owner was pleasant and efficient.”

“Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Boston. Das Studio ist einfach perfekt :) gelegen. Ob es für ins Zentrum oder zum Fenway Park war die Distanz ist immer zu Fuss machbar. Ich hatte vor meinen Ferien eine gute Unterkunft gesucht und habe sie mit diesem Studio definitiv gefunden. Das WLAN hat super funktioniert. Auch die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und der Kühlschrank war bei diesen heissen Temperaturen ein Gewinn. ”

“Our stay in Beacon Hill was fabulous. Check in and communication with our host was flawless. David was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The location was ideal. Two main subway lines were within 2-5 minute walk for longer destinations and we were able to walk to everything else. Small groceries, numerous restaurants, etc. We certainly had a memorable vacation and enjoyed our stay in David’s rental. ”

“This was the perfect place to stay for our family trip to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! We extended graduation to enjoy sightseeing in Boston and this was centrally located and easy to take transit. Comfortable home and helpful hosts made it even more enjoyable! ”

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
