“very good!”

“Check-in was easy and as directed. It was great to have a parking space out back. I wish I had known that it was easier to get into the basement apartment from the back parking lot, rather than bringing everything in from the front door. It is a basement apartment with no outside light. Ceiling lights don’t work so you get the light from floor lamps. We were able to check in an hour early, but it was on a whim that I tried since I had emailed, messaged and tried calling the host multiple times……

“Excellent location for restaurants, shops, sightseeing. Lovely buzz around the area, with park & river close by to escape if necessary. Large lounge area to put your feet up between trips, and adequate glasses etc for drinks and nibbles between the treats at the bakeries and restaurants nearby.”

“Location is good, just bordering a somewhat sketchy part of town. Space was large and layout ok. Some disrepaired baseboards and bathroom. Be sure to calculate full price in considering this property. ”

“Heater did not work. Had to input WiFi to get TV to work after commuting with property owner. Heater kept blowing GFI so some electrical issue. Property owner asked me to go into basement and reset breaker this is beyond what I would expect anyone to do. That is why I rate this unit a 2”
