“It was everything I expected it to be. Comfortable, cozy, relaxing and close to the beach. Every morning I was able to take a walk on the beach, followed by the day visiting family. “A little eclectic reflecting the owner's Hollywood past. Quiet. Great WiFi. My only suggestion is to bring a plug-in smoke detector. Didn't see one. (No gas hookups so no carbon monoxide issues). Location, Location, Location! Wonderful host !”

“We were in town from Iowa with our 5 kids for my father-in-law’s funeral in Pico. Our kids loved the pool and picking fresh oranges from the trees near the condo. Ron was such a gem with any and all of our questions and spoiled our kids with drinks and treats. The cottage was fully furnished with everything needed for our stay. The cleanliness of this place was top notch. We were welcome to relaxing music as we walked in the door which was much needed after spending 26 hours in the car with……

“This place is as advertised!!!! Cozy nohouse had everything needed for an inexpensive stay in Burbank close to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely book again without hesitation. The host was upfront about everything and it went so well we never had to contact them. Great place. Thanks for the stay.”

“We had a lovely time with family here, There was an issue with the oven not heating correctly when we contacted the owner they provided us with an small tabletop oven which was sufficient for our needs.The property could benefit from some TLC but nothing that would affect any stay here. The location was ideal its a lovely safe neighbourhood, close to beaches and shopping.I would recommend a stay here.”
