“It’s my second time staying at this establishment, and I’ve been happy with both experiences. The hosts are friendly and easy to reach. The rooms and beds are as advertised. Bed was comfortable and clean. There are shared bathrooms and kitchen. The guest house is conveniently located in Koreatown and close to the freeway (if you drive; plus you can pay for gated parking for $5/night or street park for free) and close to bus stop. The place is certainly an economical option but I got my money’s……

“The place was super cute. One thing is the toilet doesn’t have a door you only have a curtain. So if you are someone that likes privacy this would not be a place to stay with another person. Otherwise, it had AC, super cute neighborhood, comfy bed, fire stick tv and much more! Would stay there again!!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my 5-day stay at Sanborn Guest House. Gary and Jaime have thought of everything you need for your stay. They are wonderful hosts and really knowledgeable about the local area. I stayed in the Sanborn Room, which is very comfortable and decorated with eclectic items from Gary and Jaime's travels. It's good having the separate sitting area with a lounge, a couple of chairs, and a coffee table, as well as access to the shared kitchen. The off-street secure parking is a bonus……

“Everything listed is very accurate. This place was the closest to everything that I was visiting and it is a lovely neighborhood. The Wi-Fi is wonderful and super easy to connect to. All the necessities were given and very clean! Parking is definitely not an issue as long as you follow the parking instructions given. The two little doggies were very friendly and cute. I would recommend this place if you’re wanting to feel at home and not confined to a hotel room.”

“Our second stay at The Green Ginger Inn was just as wonderful as the first.This time, we stayed in the larger suite. It was large with a pull-out couch. The pull-out couch was comfortable for a pull-out, surprisingly. The suite was spotless. The neighborhood is so quiet, and we felt completely safe. We were comfortable parking our car there overnight and let our kids, 13 y/o, explore the neighborhood without supervision. I highly recommend the Green Ginger Inn and will stay there for my future……

“Most of this experience was as advertised. The place a little farther from the Metro and Hollywood Blvd than I expected, but also the uphill climb may have contributed to that. Checkin was easy peasy. “We stayed at this property for a week in April 2024. It could not have been a nicer place for us to be based, in order to explore the area. Everything was as seen and described on the site. There were even snacks, water bottles and coffee for us to use. Enjoying the sunrise and sunset on the balcony overlooking the neighborhood was one of the the highlights!”
