“Everything was adequate…but I wouldn’t call it “chic”. Bed was comfortable, the place was basically clean, but the surfaces are dingy, countertops splitting. The upstairs neighbors are very noisy late night and early morning. There was a washer and dryer, but no detergent which made it unfunctional unless you went and bought a regular sized detergent for one load. What a waste! I expected more, albeit functional.”

“This is a newly built property so the cleanliness and maintenance was excellent. We experienced wonderful customer care and people were friendly and thoughtful. Everyone was friendly from the housekeeping staff which paid detail to small things during services to the front desk that made light conversations as we passed by. Breastfast was nice, pretty standard for Hilton brand hotels. They always had enough food and coffee and were very helpful if you needed anything. Only downfall was that the……

“All the staff was friendly and welcoming. I had a dog with me so I stayed in a room that was used for people who travel with there pets. The 1st room smelled and had a yellow stain on the carpet behind the door. I wiped it with a tissue and it was still wet. Wasn't sure what it was so asked for a new room. The women at the desk was great and got me into another room. It was clean but looked like it could use a update. The water smelled like dirt and tasted like dirt. My dog wouldn't drink it so……
