“This home was perfect for our vacation! We had 4 adults and a teenager and everyone loved it. The kitchen is a cooks dream and we enjoyed having our meals at home. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The pool is small but there was plenty of room for three rafts and others to be in the water! We spent time fishing off the dock. And even got to see the family of manatees swim by daily!!It is less than a half mile walk to the beautiful beach. This is the perfect home on Cocoa……

“My family of 8 (two families of 4) had a wonderful time at Canopy Cove. We could not have picked a better house or location. The beach was a short walk. We particularly loved that the house was directly on the canal and spent a great deal of time on the dock, paddleboarding, kayaking, etc. We had a family of manatees that visited the canal every day we were there. The house was very well appointed and comfortable. Our hosts literally thought of everything and were very good communicators. ……
