“Well equipped and great location, with beautiful views of golf course and mountains. Had an issue with check in. We did not receive the keypad code via email. Took two hours to reach the owner for the code. Maybe this was a one time issue, but we found the owner did not respond to this and one other issue. Otherwise, great space.”

Manatee sightings every day. The beach is an easy walk across the street. My family went twice a day. The waves at the beach were amazing for body boarding and surfing. “The Surf Shack was comfortable and charming. Our two families had everything we needed to enjoy our time. The location was a quick drive to all the best spots in Cocoa Beach. We were able to easily see two rocket launches (one from the driveway and one from the Cocoa Beach pier), enjoy ice cream at the Fat Donkey and drinks at Coconuts.
