“The room was very nicely decorated and set up- work station, couch, king bed. And lovely bathroom area. The patio and lobby are very nicely decorated as well and a beautiful view over the ravine. Fire pits on the patio were lovely to sit around and have a drink in the evening- string lights made for a very cozy feeling. We booked for one night and ended up staying an extra one and then again another night on our way home from Coeur D’Alene. Highly recommend.”

“We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. It is easy to slip on the stairs in stocking feet. If you don’t give 48 hours notice you cannot have breakfast. For a boutique hotel they could over some sort……

“Best place to go and get away. My dogs also had a blast and enjoyed playing with the super friendly host dogs. Also the best out house Iv ever experienced. The outdoor shower and tub is a great. Beautiful views and good vibes. Definitely coming back!”

“Ben and Tracy were amazing and most accommodating. We came for a night to celebrate my 60th Birthday!! Its just perfect very quiet room its warm and cozy just what we needed. The HotTub was incredibly soothing and perfect for two people. We will certainly stay again!! Thanks Joe & Beth”

“This very special property was the perfect fit for our extended family: lots of space and activities for the grandkids, and plenty of room for the adults to relax. We played pickleball, hit golf balls (a highlight for my 13-year old grandson), walked to the river, viewed local wildlife, and enjoyed each other’s company in a serene and peaceful environment. “We had no trouble getting in using the code provided and everything in the main area was just as the pictures showed. The bathroom had hairs on the floor and the shower has 2 separate plastic curtains on a curved corner curtain rod. As a result, the shower space is tight and it can be difficult to keep the water contained, especially with small children. We were disappointed by the lack of a toaster but made do with the stove top. I was not able to reach the host through the VRBO app. The……

“We loved the cozy cottage! We stayed for 2 nights and we were able to explore Sandpoint as well as cook a lovely meal in the kitchen. Design of cottage was well thought out with all the necessities. We had a great stay ”
