“The hotel was lovely! Clean rooms, friendly staff and the gym was well equipped! Perfect Location. The service in the restaurant was a bit slow but overall a great experience. Will definitely book again.”

“The hotel staff were kind, helpful and professional. The location made it easy to navigate Rio, and was literally steps from Copocobana beach. The rooftop amenities were also very nice with beautiful views. My only comment is some of the equipment in the fitness center could use an upgrade. Also, the rooftop bar closes rather early, i. e. 7pm. But overall I really liked this hotel.”

“My Wife and I stayed for 5 nights during our stay in Rio De Janeiro. The staff was very helpful and spoke English and Spanish with us. The breakfast buffet was great and had plenty to chose from. The made to order omelets were pretty good. The rooftop pool and restaurant was a nice way to end the day after exploring the city. Overall I think this is a great hotel for the value. I would recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to Rio.”

“I booked an apartment with Unhotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While the photos online looked much better than reality, the actual stay fell far below expectations. The biggest issue happened immediately upon arrival. I prepaid for an airport pickup arranged through the property, but no driver showed up at the airport at 4 AM. After contacting them, I was told the driver would arrive much later, so after an overnight international flight we had to pay for our own……

“Location was magnificent, but we kept on having issues with the hot water. And even though the host did send someone to check it out and got fixed only 3 out of us 5 were able to shower with hot water. By the time the last 2 went in to take a bath the water was cold again. We were leaving the next day so we didnt wanna bother the host and we just did what we could. Sucks we werent able to shower before leaving to the airport the day of check out. And even though it says it could sleep 6 its only……
