“The room was immaculate and comfortable. The staff were nice, especially Kim, who prepared a delicious breakfast each day. The only reason I scored it a 4 instead of a 5 is that breakfast was an additional charge that I did not realize until our arrival and housekeeping texted us about our needs and I requested fresh towels that we never received. We've stayed at this location for many years with previous owners and everything was above and beyond our expectations. A little different this……

“Wonderful area, lots to do & see. Just off the Blue Ridge Parkway. So very quiet up there, large porch, lots of rocking chairs & a swing. They had a spacious interior(living room & separate dining room), library with puzzles & games. Good Coffee & tea Excellent food! Staff was personable but were careful to give you space. Can't wait to go back!”

“My stay was ok. The staff was nice. The original room I reserved was having the carpet cleaned in the evening. Not sure why that wasn't finished before check-in times. The 2nd room had a broken/missing towel bar (didn't look further) so they moved me to another room. This one was fine. But the weed wacking and tractor mowing literally right outside my window at 8-830pm.was a bit much. Couldn't hear the TV at all. New TV provider needs.to send channel listings for the TV. None were available……

“Perfect. Wonderful. Lovely. My heart was filled far beyond the size of the home. All the little touches, the awesome tub the kitchen and laundry accommodations, the firepit and surrounding woods made for the perfect ovenight getaway as I traveled south.***Highly recommend*** for any woodsy person and nature artist, such as myself.Love, love, loved it!!!
