“Check-in was relatively easy and un-complicated, even though we arrived after hours. The property manager, Marilyn, was friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. There wasn't really any information in the room about what was available nearby or even the fact that there is an ice machine on site and no ice bucket is provided, so we went our whole stay without ice because we didn't know. The kitchen supplies are barely adequate for one, much less two. There were two of each thing, but……

“Everybody was super nice during check in and check out. The room was clean. I did notice the hallway smelled like smoke which had been mentioned in other reviews, but the rooms did not, which to me was more important. Had a sliding glass door in our room which was nice, easy access to our car. Overall a nice stay, on a budget.”

“Because of the graduation at VT their prices were inflated (all hotels & motels were) but it was the cheapest I could find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The place is older and could use some renovating. Overall a good place to stay, nice friendly staff.”

“Melanie was so nice and helpful. Even when there was a water problem, she was always there to help. We always choose this place and even more so with Melanie there.”
