Nice clean hotel room. They have a bit of an awkward lobby with it being tight corridors. Our room had a terrible noise all night that kept us from getting to sleep and we had to change rooms at 3:30 am. The staff was helpful getting us a new room and gave us vouchers for the restaurant for the trouble. Everything was clean and the furnishings were nice but unfortunately we did not get much sleep due to the noise.

We had to vacate the property after one night due to a natural gas leak. I had to find another hotel. I would like a refund for the second day of my trip.
Overall, experience, was good. I've stayed there before, not disappointing, other than this trip.

It was like we had the whole place to ourselves! The hotel was definitely the highlight to our stay in Roanoke. My kids loved the refreshments. The hotel was beautiful, the bed & furniture were amazing and so comfortable. We did not have bedding the first night we were there for the pullout, not that my teenager cared, but we found someone doing housekeeping the following day and he was so nice and got it immediately.
