Reef starts as soon as you get in the water and you can see over a dozen different fish without having to swim far if you snorkel. Shore dives: wall starts within 5 minute swim. “I was super nervous about booking with a newish listing on VBRO but this place was so close to the Turtle Centre so I went for it. I do not regret anything! We would definitely stay there again! We felt safe in this peaceful little area. Yes there was construction all around but that didnt bother us a bit. Lots of facebook groups said not to stay in west end but we had 0 issues at all. We went to the Turtle centre 5 times, dolphin discovery, did a tour with Captin Marvins to snorkel the barrier……

“The property is amazing everything kept. At first we were worried about the shared space but it was no problem plenty of room and there is shared food which was a help. Shaggy and Rovie are excellent hosts and they keep you informed of every dive or boat trip. The boat trip was great because we weren’t with the cruise ship tourists and did everything at our leisure. The diving and snorkeling is the best I have ever done. Beautiful dives. Thank you again!”

“This property was located out of the main tourist area but very convenient to beaches, grocery and liquor stores, and good restaurants. The condo was very clean and quiet with a nice place to sit outside in the morning and a porch off the back to sit on in the evening. The kitchen had every thing we needed and again was very clean. It was gated and felt very safe. The pool was clean and inviting. The decor was restful and comfortable. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice……

“Condo Kai was perfect for my family of 3. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. It was also located in a very quiet area and close to some attractions like the Turtle Farm and Dolphin Discovery Cove. The host of Condo Kai were very easy to communicate and deal with it. They are very hospitable and made sure that we had everything that we needed. I highly recommend staying here.”

“We had a great week staying in Shaggy's place. The property was very clean and well appointed. This was our third time staying in Coconut Bay and we much prefer the front units like this one. Communication with Shaggy and his team was excellent prior to arrival and during our stay. They checked in on us to ensure everything was going well and we did not need anything. “We were fortunate enough to secure the Penthouse at Lighthouse Point Resort Unit 5 for 2 weeks. The Unit was immaculately clean. The views toward the Caribbean were spectacular. We specifically chose Lighthouse Point Resort do to its proximity to Dive Tech on the NW end of GCM. The Lighthouse Point Resort location allowed us to roll out of bed, down the stairs, and roll right into Dive Tech. We greatly appreciate the Property Manager for his timely responses to all of our messages and emails;……

It was beautifully decorated, very well equipped with hair dryer, all kitchen appliances - blender, keurig, coffee maker, utensils- towels, washer, dryer… and the bed was comfortable. Wonderful view of the ocean from the large porch on the top floor. Pool is beautiful too. Building looked new and well maintained. Loved the location. Could drive to 7 mile beach in minutes. Close to turtle center and Macabuca/cracked conch. Snorkeling right off the property or nearby.”

“This was a great place to stay close to the water, dining, and scuba diving. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of the cruise ship areas in this quiet gated condominium complex. The unit itself was very well stocked with all we needed, was very clean and comfortable and has a great private backyard with a gate that leads right to the pool. We would definitely choose to stay again!”
