“We enjoyed this condo and location, it is close enough to all the restaurants and activities. It is mostly newer or updated finishes, 2nd bathroom could use an update soon though. Balcony was nice as well but we mostly spent our time outside at the pool or beach. The beach chair service could use updated chairs as they aren’t the best quality or comfortable. Also, they wouldn’t let us use a set because we got out to the beach at 3:40 one day which was ridiculous (apparently you have to claim by……

“The property was just as pictured—very comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of space for our family. The AC works perfectly which is great for Florida ;) Very quiet on the top floor, right next to the pool and tennis which is very nice! It’s a short walk to the beach access which wasn’t busy at all in Sept. It’s also a very short drive to the Santa Clara beach access which has parking and a ramp and even more space to spread out. You can walk or bike to donuts, pizza, gas station, surf……

“The place gave us everything we needed! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for 3! The owners were on top of everything from beginning to end with details. They even checked up on us during the stay; Sweet of them. The beach chairs included were convenient, but the third party who handles them were rude. As my sister said too blessed to be stressed.
