“First of all, the room was not cleaned after the previous guest, which is evident by the pubic hairs on the walls of the shower. Mold on the ceiling, smoke detector missing, ice machine broken the entire time so we had to drive and go buy some. Called and was told they would have someone check it out but never did. “We recently stayed at WaterColor Inn to celebrate our anniversary and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the noise. Throughout our stay, we were kept awake by constant stomping from the room above us, furniture being moved, doors slamming, and children yelling. “As someone who typically chooses Hilton properties and has always had positive experiences, I was extremely disappointed with this stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, there was a dog barking almost constantly. We notified the hotel, but nothing was ever done to address the issue.
