“The staff are friendly and nice, with water dispenser on each floor for easy water refilling. There is also a good pub right next door for quality dining. On the downside, the room and the equipment is a bit worn down (e.g. loose socket, aged building materials) and the room doesn't come with all the sanity packs one usually expected (although they are available upon request). It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'……

“6 -10 minutes walking distance to supermarket. Few homeless people 3 blocks away. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful except forgot to give me a morning call on Oct 12, 2023 which l had requested the day before ( late afternoon on Oct 11 ). Recommend to stay at rooms with the river view because the other side of the building has a nearly Fire Rescue Station, quite noisy. ”

“We loved this hotel...it is part of a new neighbourhood and had all sorts of options for lunch, coffee, supper. It was close to shopping, had a lovely common area. It is a smart hotel and being a senior and not used to the 'new ways' it was an adjustment we were happy to make. ”

“We found the hotel very nice. Quiet (when not filled with hockey tournament teams ha ha ) beds are veey comfy which we look for in a hotel. Bathrooms def small and cramped. But we will likely be back due to cleanliness and bed comfort. ”

“My wife stayed there, to visit our daughter. We always book this hotel,cause it’s right down the street from our daughter’s place. Of all the time we stayed there,we were never charge for underground parking, but this time my was was charged $10 dollars and they told her you have to be a member to park free underground and the above ground was free. But I look on the site and it said free parking,but didn’t state above ground or underground nor did it say you had to be a member club to receive……
