“Beware of this host. We booked with this property, never received check in information, efforts to call the host were answered with an automated system, then when passed to the next level, they never picked up the phone. Without check in information we had to book a different property. So we paid a night and didn’t stay. Weren’t even given so much as an address. Expedia got invoked and requested a refund and the host refused. I am a decades long user of Expedia and never been treated like this……

“The place was nearby to shops, we were booked for 5 people there were four pillows provided .we asked to get one but the host said "unfortunately " I have no more. The room was fine. The kitchen scourers though, were disgusting as if they were not changed for a long time. We dared not use them. The table seats were badly stained, microwave dish cover has curry stains, kitchen utensils and mugs were not properly cleaned either Per instructions by the host, after doing the laundry,……
