"clean and friendly staff"

"Stayed on 5 floor 533 problem with thermostat no control , bed was great tv didn’t have any streaming sites . Hotel alarm went off at 10 pm bc some selfness guest was smoking in their room . Not cool hope the guest got charged. Hotel restaurant had good food. Cobb salad excellent. After the alarm going off I will maybe get a BB next time ."

"I recently stayed here last week and overall, the experience was exceptional. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location and overall service standards were truly impressive. However, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. One of the front office guy came across as unwelcoming and uninterested. There was no smile, and responses to basic questions felt abrupt and lacking warmth"

"Great budget option for our family. Hotel is very nice and the pool is great for the kids . Hotel room was average but comfy and quiet. This hotel is in a central south location making it easy to get onto main routes quickly and close to a lot of amenities, chinook mall and south soccer dome. "

"The hotel was very clean and looked like it was recently renovated. Breakfast fee was affordable and delicious. The hotel room, came with a full kitchen, including utensils which was amazing. Overall the hotel was amazing especially for the price, and the staff were very friendly, and welcoming!"
