“The stuff are very nice with us and we had a very good experience with them but I think the hotel should upgrade the installation because there is even no drinking water in the room or a Hot water bottle and there is no microwave which is very inconvenient and we had two single bed and the bed is very small but I really have to say the stuff is very very nice with us so I’m really happy with that !”

“Check-in time is at 4pm. Staff comes in at that time. Breakfast starts at 8am. The staff that is there to check-in and provide service till 8pm was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are small as it seems to be geared for the skiers. Good location once you get there. Without a car directions are deceiving and the walk is long with trailing luggage. When arriving, we were warmly welcomed by Julian, who gave us a small tour and history of the hotel before showing us to our room.
