“Front desk was not open for service! I have pics with all lights off. Trash was spewn all over the grounds. Kids bikes, lawn chairs and charcoal grills in front of several units. Arrived within 20 min of reservation. Had to stay at a Motel 6 another 16 miles down the road. Name on the property is Best Inn Suites. Not Suite Stay. Have pics of the sign and my Apple Location and the grounds that match the pics on Expedia! Please cancel your pending debit on my account! Thank you”

“I love the well thought out clean property.”

“My bed was clean, but that’s about the best part of the stay. Two of the towels in the room were stained, it smelled like mold and they had 4 blowers in the hall to dry other rooms right next to ours, and our remote had tape on the back of the remote… it’s in the details I guess.”

“Clean and quiet”

“The staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful.”

“Nice hotel clean friendly staff”

“It's ok for business trip.”

“Very nice place to stay for a quiet getaway without having to drive several hours from Birmingham. Idea for a couples weekend getaway or parents for a quick quiet getaway. Fridge is small so if staying longer than a weekend I would recommend a cooler for extra storage.”

“All personnel that I encountered at the property were very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained in all areas. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again.”
