“We had a group of 10 stay here over New Year's and had a great time. There's a large dining table where we played board games and ate, every couple got their own bedroom, and it was easy to spread out to do different things, having one group in the dining area, one in the upstairs living area, and one in the downstairs living area. We also made use of the hot tub, which was awesome (and covered in the gazebo!), but our only complaint there is that it's about 50ft uphill from the house, which is……

“The Edward House was well laid out and inviting. We enjoyed the space for family fun inside and out, the fire pit was an added pleasure. The house made a good place for the groom and his party to get ready for the wedding. Thank you for the ability to have our entire family just down the road from us. We couldn't have had the bonding time without this listing. The only negative was a small plumbing issue in the smaller bathroom.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bass Lake. January is certainly off-season for lake living in the Midwest, but we had a great time. The home is well stocked and has plenty of room for a big group. There are a couple of bars/restaurants within walking distance which is nice. Groceries are readily available just minutes away. Top notch experience”
