“Got to the hotel at 11pm. Tired from the day. We needed to shower and there was a lot of hair in the shower. It was gross. I took pictures and went to the desk. She said the manager wasn't there and would talk to me about it in the morning. We cleaned the tub to take a bath and the tub wouldnt fill. The stopper was broke. I informed them of this as well. “Great location, very friendly and helpful front desk attendants. I had an economy room so it was pretty much what I expected. Could use some TLC. Water slow to drain in n the sink. Rusted toilet paper holder. Overpriced for sure. You will be paying for the location, Keep that in mind. I had a leak in the toilet in the first room, but they were quick to move to another room with no problem. Overall I rate this hotel average. The staff is very friendly tho. “Every time we left the room and tried to get back in, our cards did not work. Had to go to the lobby. The bathrooms in this place are horrific. Dirty, items falling off the floor grout is black. Dirt everywhere. Filthy. Walls in the hallways, doors, we're full of dirt, never been cleaned. Never, again will we stay here. Shower was disgusting. Shower curtain smelled so bad, you couldn't believe it.”

“We were given a room as far away from the lobby as one can get. Not sure why because it was not booked full. It was a long walk. Parking is far away. Not convenient at all. “Great pool & hot tub - the breakfast was above average for a motel --- some hot food. Our only real complaint is that the marble floors in the bathroom and sink area were very slippery, especially when wet. We bought cheap rubber backed rugs to put down and a non-skid mat for the tub. My wife and I both have some mobility issues (she's having knee replacement in a few weeks) and the staff did their best to accommodate our needs.”
