"When our other reservation cancelled our NYE reservation on the 30th, we were panicked. We needed accommodations for 9 adults and 2 infants in under 24 hours notice on a major holiday. Fortunately, DJ saved the day. He was super communicative and flexible about timing, and got the hosue ready for us on very short notice. The house itself was lavish and comfortable.
