“This was a great option for our stay, near friends. The hotel is quiet, beautiful mature tropical foliage, and excellent customer service. We loved learning about the "North Village", multiple boutique hotels (affordable), and walkable coffe shop, food truck, cafe, and more. Great concept directly behind the waterfront luxury hotels, and 2 blocks from the beach.”

“just to say that we all had the best time at palm estate. Hoist replied all our questions super fast and had one problems in contacting him. the property was prefect for 6 of us, move than enough room for all of us, pool super clean, great location, kitchen had enough tools and plates so that we could cook at home when needed, if we come back to Miami area again we would look at getting this property again. many thanks for the house. jason”

“Property is conveniently located a few blocks from the beach and from Atlantic Avenue. All restaurants and amenities are within easy walking distance, and there is plenty of parking as well. The place is exactly as shown in the photos and was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The location was perfect and the property clean. I was disappointed that there was no towel rack or hook in the bathroom and no soap dish in the shower. Also this was billed as a 2 bedroom. The second bedroom could only be accessed thru the first bedroom and there was no sitting area to share other than a public space. All that said I would stay again.”
