“The property was very clean and appealing, it was perfect for a weekend in Buffalo while we went to a conference and visited Niagara Falls. I would definitely stay here again. They need to stock up on spoons and dish washing detergent for their future visitors. Thanks for a great stay!!”

“Fit our group perfectly! We had 4 couples and a brother and sister. Loved the set up of 2 of everything although we kept gathering on main floor. Host was very responsive to anything we needed. 30 minutes to Niagara Falls which was another perfect thing. Everyone was happy with the space. We had 26 years old to 70. Wonderful couple of days!!”

“The house was neat and clean, good sized bedrooms, comfortable for a family of 7. Living areas are a good size! We appreciated the amenities. Especially appreciated being able to part in the driveway. House is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, good area to walk around. There's a walking path about 3 blocks away. Of note: the house has an entry lock for each level, great for security, definitely need to remember codes. When I had a question or issue our host replied promptly.”

“ The property is clean and well furnished. Since it was an older home, at night, it was a bit warm for our liking when sleeping. If we had opened a window it most likely would have been better for us, but a fan in the room would have been nice. We liked the coziness of the living room, where the family congregated including our pup on the rug. The neighborhood is great (the nice lady next door will pop her head out the window at let you know your dog cannot potty on her yard-which was funny).……

“I have stayed in numerous VRBOs and have never authored a negative review. The old and rundown house is in an average to below-average neighborhood a few houses off a busy street. The houses are close together. The unit is on the upper level of a two-story duplex and, to get there, one has to traverse stairs that do not have a stair rail. No central air. Once inside, there was a large air conditioner between the dining and living rooms that leaked into a plastic pail which had to be emptied……

“The house was well-set up and easy to be at. The check-in process was not clear. Even the morning of, we did not know what we needed to do. I had to reach out to the property manager to find out what to do. But once we got the info, it all went smoothly.”
