"The hotel was clean, the staff was very polite, courteous and helpful. The only thing I can see needs help is the valet service. We were in the city for a concert along with other guest who were also using the valet service and there was only one person parking and retrieving vehicles. Since there is no parking lot on the premises valet was the preferred option cost wise."
