“probably one of the worst hotel experiences i’ve had in a long time. the humidity in the room was insane. everything felt wet and cold, could not sleep and left at 5:30 in the morning because of that. must be a moisture issue on the property because there is a dehumidifier running in the hallway.”

“Served it's purpose of showering and sleeping while we were in town for a music festival. Whole place seemed old and very outdated. Room had an awful musty smell upon walking in. There were 2 tvs sitting on the floor, neither one were hooked up. Shower had brown stains on the bottom. Bring your shower shoes.”

The booking, communication, and instructions given were all on point, there was zero confusion as to what I needed to do. This was also the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed, literally nothing was dirty or gross! The decor and over all presentation of the place was above and beyond.
