“A very old-style hotel. Breakfast was ok, no more. But the staff were super friendly and helpful. I arrived over 4 hours before checkin, and they did everything they could to give me the room as soon as possible. I also received a room upgrade and several bottles of wine "on the house". Nothing can beat good service!”

During my first visits I stayed in a room facing front and second time facing back. My preference was the room facing back; I enjoyed the view of the old town and it was quiet. Breakfast was very good too. Looking forward to returning. ”

“The location of the hotel in the city centre is excellent, and the (password-protected) internet connection worked smoothly during the entirety of my stay. The room was smaller and quite dated, but it had all the necessary infrastructure, including a fridge and even a small balcony. The room key needed to be returned every time when leaving the hotel, though the reception was open 24/7 and the staff was pleasant, so this did not lead to delays. “*******Warning ******* Let me say that this is a nice place to stay. My problem is on the map. It shows it being in the Greek side of Nicosia, Cyprus. It is in the Turkey side. You will have to cross the boarder. There are no historical sights near by. ”

“we arrived late to the hotel, first had to pull luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the reception. then when we entered the room it was not as fancy looking as in the pictures, and bath towels were dangling in the bathroom, and we weren't sure if they were clean. bathroom is small and very squished. ”
