“Appartement très grand avec les chambres. Tout était très bien@”

“Okay room but terrible experience. I have areservation of 2 bedrooms, but was provided with 1 room when we arrived. We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details. But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave! We have a business meeting that evening so we have no choice but accept. but this is not the worst of what happened. about……

“No WIFI at the moment of my stay (not even a router installed) which is surprising. Asked 2 times to solve the problem during my 5 days stay…..no answer. The sink faucet was more like a water jet rather than a normal sink. Lot of things to improve, but overall, was not terrible.”

“Great hotel and very kind and helpful staff”

“Room clean and tidy. Very good breakfast. 15mins from walled city. There are 2 supermarket nearby. But less restaurants around.”

Balkon vorhanden, jedoch nur einen Stuhl für zwei Personen. Die auf dem Zimmer befindliche Kaffeemaschine war ohne Wassertank, und beim Einschalten gab es einen lauten Knall, woraufhin die……

“we arrived late to the hotel, first had to pull luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the reception. then when we entered the room it was not as fancy looking as in the pictures, and bath towels were dangling in the bathroom, and we weren't sure if they were clean. bathroom is small and very squished. ”

“Very nice hotel at a good location to everywhere in Lanarca. The hotel is a bit out of date but clean.”
