“Location is great, but the room itself is dated. Could do with a lick of paint, some repairs to the furniture and a much better heating system. Kettle wasn't working when we stayed but I'm sure this was resolved for the next guests.”

“This is my first time booking a hotel on hotel.com. It is not as convenient as booking, but the customer service is OK. The location is relatively easy to find, it is a big apartment, and I am very satisfied with everything.”

“A lovely little apartment right in the centre of Clifton village. Very cosy and well maintained. My only complaint would be there is no "Convenient and secure on-site parking, a rare amenity in the area", as described when booking. There is on paid on street parking but you have to arrive after 5pm to pay for all night parking. Other than that I would recommend. ”

“The check-in process wasn't difficult the only minor issue was once your in the building no call can be made unless you've got WiFi. I would say it brilliant location and corner shops at your convenience. If needed lidl or Iceland they aren't to far either. Inside the property it was very spacious and easy to manoeuvre around especially if you have a child with additional needs. The bathroom was clean and toiletries was provided. Kitchen had equipment that can be used with teas and coffee on……

“It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.”

“This seemed like a good location and a nice upmarket looking flat, with quality amenities and furnishings from the advert. We were shocked when we arrived to find the front of the property piled high with garbage. Bags, open food waste, open bins. It smelled horrendous. It was also over 30 degrees C. We were supposed to be in the upper flat, but had been assigned the ground floor flat, whose windows were located over the garbage. The only windows. No air con. No fan inside. It was dark……
