Rang on the day of arrival to ask for featherfree room and was assured by Harry that this would be accommodated. I anm anllergic to feathers. Arrived later and forgot to check the pillows. Woke up with swollen eyes the following morning, checked the pillows and saw that they were down feathers. Told the young lady on the desk at check out who said sorry.

Nice evening Newport not so nice Would stay again if needed to

Staff were very accommodating to our request as we were staying with our slightly nervous dog. They gave us a room with easy access in and out of the hotel, which was very helpful. The rooms were very well insulated and kept the noise down. Breakfast was excellent too.
