“All mattresses seemed very old and springy in all rooms. Shower and toilet crammed into small room, could not sit comfortably when using rest room and I'm only 5'9 215 lbs. Everything else was good. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates, small appliances etc. First time staying at a place like this. Will just use a hotel next time so we can get fresh linens etc.”

Only thing is the quality of the toilet paper: it's was thin like silk paper but other than that the bed was comfortable, water pressure and temperature was fine, kitchenette very functional, premises were quiet, river access is nice and location is fantastic for Franconia Notch State Park activities.”
