“This place is so beautiful. The gas fireplace makes the spacious living area cozy. The kitchen is very well appointed and spotless. “We stayed during the summer months and had our elopement at this property. Great mountain and river view from the backyard where the sunset hit just right for photos. Rated a 4 for cleanliness because there were webs and spiders in a lot of the windows and corners, especially the seating around the deck. Nothing we couldn’t take care of easily. “We do not have anything bad to say about this stay which was a great launching point for our first trip to the white mountains. From the cozy bed to the fire pit to the hot tub, we appreciated everything there was to offer which allows us to relax and get good sleep after days exploring on our feet. We arrived later than we hoped and appreciated how lit the property was which allowed us to easily check in. Would absolutely stay again! ”

“Dirty/stained rugs and carpets.Broken floor tiles.Water buildup around septic tank less than 10 feet from the property? All of the rest of the surrounding area was dry. Dirty windows and windowsills. Teflon frying pans were extremely damaged. Dirty/Stained comforter, looked like blood. Downstairs space is much smaller than it appears. The bed was very very comfortable. Lots of amenities, including a convection oven, air fryer, and a bidet. Has a neat feature where the upstairs window pulls out……
